A friend of mine recently had a son return from his two-year mission in South America. I was asked to make a treat for his missionary homecoming and thought these little cakes might be appropriate. The cakes were made from a pumpkin bar recipe (I’ll add that to the blog soon) and a simple cream cheese frosting.
